Based on everything that has happened and everything that has been said and not said by management, could management really move on and let KRY go bankrupt (with no arbitration) without incurring legal liability?

I asked that same question to NoBear months ago and he said we don't have a leg to stand on. Management has been very shrewd in how they string their words together. After all....that is what we pay Richard Marshall the big bucks for.
