To me it's not words. It's the facts. It seems that they should have protected the company in VZ. How could they not? They are not stupid people.

I agree. I simply cannot believe that management can't, at the very least, take this thru arbitration at this point. All they need is financing. That's why I'm still holding. I just find it hard to believe that Fung would be incompetent to the point that the final result is bankruptcy.
