Midas, yes that could happen but then think of what that does for the IA. If Chavez cancels the contract based on us filing for arbitration then I would guess it would be a very quick court case in KRY's favor. Almost 2 years since the denail they haven't found a way to cancel our contract in the mean time without making our case for IA even stronger. Of course it all depends on our financing for arbitration
