The permit denial wasn't her decision imo, it was based on Chavez's shift in political alliance and his move to that arena. Jaqueline Farias, Nora Delgado, Jose Khan, Yubiri Ortega, who's next to get up to speed on things?

Farias in 05 said within 90 days. Delgado said as soon as a few situatuions are addressed the permit will be issued(remember the Macro Rueda meetings). Anyway it doesn't seem to be up to these Marn ministers or maybe things would have worked in our favour back then. It's Chavez. Looks like he made his decision long ago.
