I think EZ also expressed in his response the value of our company to be around 2B and you have not disputed that, so logic dictates that worse case scenario is Arbitration with hopefully a $3-4 return, if 2B would give us $6. Further, why spend your own money when you can cash in on the motherload of money in options, if sucessful with your plan.
