The price will float until the end of the month, and then it will start a downward trend as the company burns cash.

Our current share price makes our market cap much greater than and therefore unrelated to the sum of cash on hand plus value of remaining assets. So, in the short run at least, cash burn is irrelevant.

SP at this point reflects the market perception that Fung will do a deal which will be a small multiple of the .25 to .30 range.
