frankly, i believe RM is purposely kept in the dark on some matters for legal/strategic reasons...makes sense...that would help explain the THEY statement...also, it may have simply come from EZ as a third party reporting. i dont think it really matters

what i do think is that anyone going to or calling KRY on these matters should probably contact FUNG directly...i dont believe for one second that KRY is keeping him too busy to respond to shareholders (his other projects/BOD seats might be)...if that's the case he should be replaced.
