i'll add a couple items to this positive list of events.......

-russia just visited and gave hugo a buttload of cash with much emphasis on mining...

-the chinese president will visit on the 17th-18th (that should be interesting)...

-many news articles have stated that the illegal miners are having more and more difficulty finding easy surface gold at LC (and other areas)...imo, hugo had no rush to develop LC as long as he was reaping benefit from the illegals and had no environmental liability from not issuing a permit...now that the illegals are running out of work, minerven and other's seem to be pushing harder and harder for the development of LC/LB...and hugo can now "rush to the aid of the environment", create "lasting and sustainable jobs" and be "the giver of toasted cheese"..
