As best I can tell Crystallex has been negotiating a JV proposal with Venezuela.

At this stage there is some pressure for KRY and Venezuela to reach a deal.

My feeling is that a deal will be made and the permit issued/JV announcement made.

A permit could come at any time.

I continue to hold till the end in the belief we will succeed.
