What I have been wondering about JV speculation, is this:

KRY is already in a sort of JV with VZ.

There is a % split presently 50/50? or 60/40 for KRY.

If a 3rd party comes in, now there is a three way split.

Where does this put KRY's %?

Does VZ get their prefered 60/40 split in their favour?

If so, that leaves a 40% to be spit with a new partner, or strtegic investor.

I'm interested in hearing what folks think in this regard.
