G....interesting. A couple of questions\points:

1. "Hugo replaced Khan back in 07-08 with Sanz to show the people that his intention was to help them with their problems….the hidden agenda was to get the Russians involved with mining the LC area"

Are you saying that Sanz had an advantage over Khan in negotiating with the Russians?......If so.....why?

2. Please elaborate on your understanding of Kahn's Chinese backgroud\connections.
