Spot on!

The things that make me happest about these events are:

1. we have set deadlines for VZ to issue the permit.

2. both CVG and the VZ government must sign letters stating everything is good to go.

3. we now have money should the unthinkable happen and there is no permit.

4. i believe with the letters from CVG and the VZ government honoring our MOC we will see the export license needed to sell the gold at spot price.

5. the potential is there for our new JV company to develop more properties down the road.

6. the down side for Kry now is .40, the dealing falling apart and taking VZ to arbitration with the $35 million dollars. the upside is so big i dare not even dream. like i said earlier, no matter what multiple you use to value Kry once earning are estimated it is light years above where we are now.
