The cynical part of me has to state the obvious, because we've seen it before.

Whenever we've gotten any good news, or potential good news, some clown in Hugoland makes a negative comment in the press and the price drops another 10-20%.

Khan, Sanz, the Minister of the Environment, the Minister of Permits, some idiot in the National Assembly, even Chavez himself, have, in the past, made some statement of doubt that has thrown this stock off the cliff.

It's happened a number of times before. It could easily happen again. There's a lot of time between now and the end of August for some official to say something stupid that has no real weight except to raise doubts.

Maybe it's because they want to drive the stock down so they can scoop up shares at a lower price.

Maybe they just like to see their names in the press.

No matter. One negative comment in the press, even something as innocent as: "The rainforest must be protected as much as possible. We can't rush into this." could derail this stock again.

So be ready to buy more or clench your jaw for the one millionth time and wait it out.
