Whenever we've gotten any good news, or potential good news, some clown in Hugoland makes a negative comment in the press and the price drops another 10-20%.

Khan, Sanz, the Minister of the Environment, the Minister of Permits, some idiot in the National Assembly, even Chavez himself, have, in the past, made some statement of doubt that has thrown this stock off the cliff.

I'd bet my left nut that this time it is different....but I lost my left nut the last time that I bet my left nut that it would be different.

Wouldn't it be grand if they announced the permit before the AGM?
