I understand your concern…My feeling is that Fung need to show that the 100mm Notes/Bonds were 100% covered, so he agreed to the .4 cent. This shows we will have the $ to pay them off, nothing more they can say.

The Equity finance part is to show CRRC support of KRY and allow them to raise $ at the then market price. For me I see this as a friendly agreement that will allow both companies to benefit.
