GW, could it simpley be that Fung insisted on China buying at the 20 day average after the signing, because at that point they will simpley be buying shares like anyone else. Why should they get shares at .40? I think that there are terms written in this agreement that are favourable to KRY, as well as CRRC. Remember that so far, there isn't a lot of cash out of this for KRY. This deal allows for a buy at a higher SP than .40, but likely will give CRRC a better price than having to wait 20 or 30 days, period.
Remember, Fung is Chinese too, and knows a bit about negotiating.
