This stock is like a drug and I remain astonished by how little it takes to get some members snoring and roaring like bulls on a cocaine/Viagra coctail and stating with absolute authority that we have finally found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

We have a deal to TRY to negotiate a JV. Everything is contingent on both parties agreeing and on VZ issuing the permit. There is a clause in the agreement about penalties in the event that this thing collapses. That clause is there for a reason. It may not happen.

The stock price is down because of those evil MM's and anyone who questions our glorious future is part of a conspiracy to drive down the price?

This is the stock market. There is no such thing as a sure thing and other than BREX I can't think of another stock that has hurt more people than this one.

I am long this stock and I will stay that way as long as we remain in a valid uptrend but I will remain suspicious and strongly urge others to do likewise. Practice safe investing. Like safe sex it can save you a lot of pain.
