in the end, the fact is that the financing may be able to buy us through a noteholder payment and/or initiate arbitration if necessary. it just buys more time.

imo, if the chinese deal/permit was a certainty there is no way they would have done the financing/dilution until after the permit was issued.

the question i have is, what is the plan if the chinese deal falls through... arbitration? keep waiting for hugo to change or disappear?
