If he made a verbal promise in the past with Russia which I believe he did, he is in big trouble with them now. He should be watching his back and wonder from whom that fictional invasion he speaks of will actually come from.

Auntie....hopefully the Russians slip Hugo a Plutonium cocktail and dump his dead, glowing carcass on the pile of rotting food that never made it's way to the Venezuelan people.
