I don't know if there will be a change to the BCV before the vote but that doesn't worry me. With Rusoro saying they are stopping projects because of the gold sale rules and our project 2 years away from selling any gold time is on our side for a change.

None of these problems are great for our share price but there is nothing we can do about it.

There is a chance that when CRRC delivers the permit the will also deliver an exemption to the gold sale law. If this happens then there is no reason we should start getting closer to fair value.
