The shareholder vote will boil down to 2 reasons the vote will be yes.

1. are we in a better position having China as our partner? YES

2. it doesn't matter what we think, the big stock holders control the votes.

That's a no-brainer. The shareholders will vote "yes" with or without the information.

As far as Hugo goes, even though with each passing day, he achieves a higher level of stupid, in the final analysis he is a politician.
