Rob, Pam has provided not only good insight and info over the years but bring an intangible support to those on the board, its difficult to equate a true value that optiongal bring but her personality provides a bond that needed in any group, organization or board, I think we are lucky to have Pam here and as far as I'm concern always a pleasure to read her post, can't say the same about some on here
