What I read was a dismissal of his involvement because Sir Li is linked to another "competitive" enterprise. I'm convinced that Sir Li was involved - if nothing more than an introduction. My main point is all of these State Sponsered Enterprises are controled by the State Council of the Peoples Republic and as such they are the Administrator and would not put there own companies in competition in foreign projects. Kry investors should gain more confidence that this JV is really with China that needs to spend $USD on commodity related projects. It must be very complicated for the State Council to keep all these similar entities functioning and fully employed without duplicating their effforts or tripping over each other.
