I was disputing Li Ka-Shing's financial interest in the JV which was asserted because of his investment in China Railway Construction Corp. by another poster.
In addition, I was pointing out that for Li Ka-Shing to take an active role in a JV that would benefit CRCC's major competitor would be extremely unlikely as he is foremost a businessman, and CEO responsible to his shareholders
I believe Richard Marshall when he said that the JV was all Robert Fung's work and had no connection with Li Ka-Shing.
I'm well aware of the personal relationship they have and I certainly don't dispute that.
