EZ, unlike 90% of the board, i'm no lawyer, as a matter of fact "passing a bar" is not in my nature....however, i can think of at least 2 incidents in the past that involve LC where deals were made AFTER an expiration date that came back to haunt the parties involved....placer/vannessa is one that stands out...

ask the lawyers, partial invalidity is a laymans term...

show me the extension first, then the completed deal...then for f's sake show me a permit...
