We are so hyper aware of this stock, and it's past, that some seem to be looking for reasons to get anxious. The have stated that they can extend the initial JV agreement if they both agree. Period. We have been told that they are very actively working on the final document. Period. So what's the panic?

They gave us a date they hoped to have it signed, but said they could extend the date. Period

That's what they've done, and we'll hear from them very shortly. Period.
