With no word of an extension these are just a few reasons why investors are apprehensive that they have not heard anything yet.

On 11/13/2008 KRY filed their 3rd qtr earnings. In those earnings we heard of 2 events that took place long before the 11/13 filing.

On Oct 1 Tomi and La Victoria mines were handed over the VZ govt 43 days prior to the 11/13 earnings announcement.

On Oct 24 KRY filed a writ with Minamb this was 20 days prior to the 11/13 earnings.

So these are some reasons KRY investors are apprehensive and would liked to have heard there was an extension when the deadline date was given for the agreement.

Yes once the agreement is signed sealed and delivered much of the above won't matter anymore. So you have to wonder if the agreement pr will be combined with the Q2 earnings release.

Last year Q2 came out July 29 and in 2008 it arrived on August 14. The deadline for this years is August 15. The 15th falls on Sunday so are we looking at a release by the end of the week next week or that following Monday?
