With the very clear points bmh was able to get from Richard today, and with the realization that CRRC was working on the JV with KRY when they signed several bilateral agreements with Chavez, I would say that anyone who still has doubts about this dealing flying, must have a hole in their head....oops, I mean a hole in their glass :)
