Kent...no doubt China is beating the U.S. at their own game. Very sad. Agreed that Venezuela is dancing to a Chinese tune. Venezuela will learn that they must meet deadlines and commitments imposed by their Chinese masters. It may take awhile to train the 'manyana' business culture out of the Venezuelan puppets.
