NZ...imo what we are probably seeing with the declining\weak shareprice is not so much "stealth buying" as price control. I expect the contingent permit approval will be announced prior to the shareholder vote which should give us a good jolt upward in shareprice. It would also be nice if the terms of currency exchange were clarified before the vote but who knows if that will happen.
