i personally believe it's being done to purposely hold down the shareprice (possibly in connection with crrc's 20% clause).

I've wondered about that as well. Anyway....it doesn't matter. If the market crashes before we get news, they'll be able to pick up shares dirt cheap as the margin clerks go to work
