Q filing. under "Strategic Partnership Negotiations" heading.

IMO, management punted because they missed target dates and did not want to be specific any longer.

I do believe the mailings can/will be any day but the fact is management has officially stated otherwise in a vague way. We didn't have the term shareholder process before but just shareholder vote, hence my question about the definition of "shareholder process".
