OF and others are correct about the Chinese(and Japanese). They do have different customs and practices. While they may seem 'inscrutable' to us, be assured that they are scrutinizing everything about us: our posture, our eyes, our body language, etc. I have been to China and Japan, and behavior is extremely different. Things will happen at their chosen pace, and under circumstances that fit their 'belief' systems. This is not a bad thing, just different, and we must learn to accept it and roll with it: it is unavoidable.

That being said, Sept. 3, 9, 12, 15, 16, and 28 appear to be possible days for signings, according to some charting. But, who knows? In any event, patience is not just a virtue, but absolutely essential. And after all, if most of you have waited years, another few weeks should be manageable, I hope. Stay cool. Be polite to each other. It will leave you healthier to enjoy what may come.
