Mayo, On 7/13 you stated that RM told you that "everything is on schedule". That was only two weeks away from the date we had all pointed to (and is now a month behind us). Today you state he that told you a lot of the details of what still needs to be done and you indicate that permit discussions are ongoing (certainly not the done deal that some have felt the Chinese would bring to the table). Can you elaborate on the difference in the tone of the two conversations and what still needs to be done? Is the permit now an issue? Thanks. Karl
