Don't forget the most popular prediction before it wasn't (and I include myself in the guilty prognosticators):

"Hugo has to deliver the permit before the election so he can get the votes"

...which has now been changed to:

"Hugo has to wait till after the election to grant the permit or he will lose the votes of the small miners who hate the transnationals"

...of course the small miners have been screwed forever with no end in sight. Case in point, CJRs post of this morning where (apparently) the promise to have their 'tickets cancelled' at yesterdays big Pow Wow was, alas, but another lie.

On a brighter note...our share price is being stomped on again today in obvious ongoing manipulation....the date of the "big news" being a 2 month old distant memory that never happened.

Oh...and as far as Richard Marshall being truthful about the real reasons behind all of this (assuming he even knows)....do you really think he is going to admit publically if (for example) the news is being delayed because Hugo wants to get the election out of the way or make a big pre-election announcement on green-lighting the mining sector or CRRC wants to accumulate more sub-40 cent shares before a PR is issued? Please.

No wonder no one wants to invest in this sh!thole of a country.
