It would appear that an action(s) has to happen before management can set dates and send mailings. Hopefully, that action is planned to take place (and will be successful) or has taken place.

One question I have is that the board seemed to come to a consensus that we would have some form of proof that the permit would be included for the vote, does that still hold true?

The elections, imo, does not have any negative or positive impact to our deal. We have a legal MOC in good standing.
