And all of the parties know that we are weakened and burning cash, probably at an even higher burn rate than usual with all of the attorney work on the agreement (if the delay is paperwork, rest assured somebody is being paid a boatload to sift through it). How much is left of the $31 million we had on 6/30? One thing with the history of this is for sure. There have been financings that have killed all of the momentum from good news. Will this repeat?
