The done and dusted permit relates to a 20k tpd mill. But everyone really wants a 60k tpd mill or larger. The permit does not cover that. What exactly needs to be done to get the required permit and who needs to do it and by when?

I imagine that the JV needs to know for sure that the issuance of the 60k tpd mine permit will NOT be a problem, a political football or subject to any delay whatsoever.
