I am not saying that there MUST be a problem. I am simply saying that we have an indication that there MAY very well be a problem based on the fact that KRY missed it's own self-imposed deadline.

I never said Fung & Marshall lied. They certainly missed their stated timeline by many months. That is a fact. In addition, in the event that there is a significant stumbling block behind the scenes, you can rest assured that neither Fung nor Marshall are going to explain that to any of us. That is not a lie. That is lack of transparency\communication that can ultimately result in either good news or bad news. The inability of KRY to deliver (once again) has raised uncertainty. Don't take my word for it. Look at our share price.
