Great find Teut.

I'm in the camp that wants this done ASAP. With every new story quoting Hugo talking about how important the Chinese are to VZ I realize that it doesn't matter if it is this week or takes more time. Hitching our wagon to the Chinese was a great move even if it cost us 2/3rd of the project.

The only way Hugo can screw us is to screw the Chinese as well.

Ain't going to happen!
