Russia, Bielorús, the Ukraine, Iran, Syria and Portugal are the destinies of the authorized presidential tour by the National Assembly. The national agent chief executive started off last night and returns to the country the 24 of October. President Hugo Chavez undertook yesterday a tour by six countries that will conclude the 24 of October, after visiting its allies in Europe and Asia, informed the government. The trip will begin in Russia and will follow with Belarus, the Ukraine, Iran, Syria and Portugal. The government presented the letter with which Chávez asked for authorization to the Congress for its absence, in that indicates the importance of the tour for the foreign policy of the bolivariano government. The agent chief executive had said that its trip could extend to China, in case his colleague Hu Jintao coordinated his arrival. Jintao suspended to the past year a visit to Caracas and commented that it followed slope to carry out it. Chávez commented that in Russia it glides to make specific the creation of a binational bank that allows to finance joint projects.
