I find that to very coincidental as the permit was always cited as being 1,500 pages or so. I serriously doubt that our agreement with the chinese is more than a couple hundred pages. Is the permit with all the engineering plans attached to our agreement and is the Chinese team there to confirm it is viable as drafted.
