Bob is going back to beijing this week? dont know exactly when... does anybody know for sure? Is bob back in the Republic of China.... and when til when?

All the joint venture paperwork has been completed. and just waiting for signatures from the Chinese.... will they sign before the permit is released? do they have conditions that must be met?

the Vens are as motivated as "me" to get this done. did they add any new twists, and turns, or requests or conditions before allowing the permit to be released to: a/ kry or b/ the new joint venture.
