Todd, very well could be true. But allow me to ask, if it is so politically correct to have the Chinese involved, why not tout it to the world? Why say you are taking it over and potentially piss them off? That's the part that I can't reconcile. If Hugo is so happy the Chinese are involved, what's the harm in talking about them being involved?
