to be honest, i was feeling pretty negative this morning about the venezuela situation because of the numerous articles about hugo selling ven assets overseas (i think he's preparing to pull out of the world bank before arbitrations start to hit him)...but after reading the china article (especially the last line) it gives me some hope for our china deal...this is the first instance of china showing that gold is really important to them from a strategic standpoint that i've seen and if the ministry of commerce says they should raise thier gold reserves to a US level then imo it is probably going to happen..

i love the line about chinas domestic gold mines drying up within 6 years...
