the gacette has been updated thru tuesday and has the first "presidential" decrees since hugo left on his trip...there are approx 7 different decrees from huggy (including the owens corning nationalization) but so far nothin that looks like it might pertain to LC.....

roy and garcia both said the announcement would come when he got back, but so far.. zilch

if it's a "presidential decree of takeover/nationalization" (like roy suggested) i would think the gacette would be the first official notice....and it would have happened fast imo
