The problem with this is that the first agreement we had with CRRC is of a limited duration, an agreement to agree, and I don't think there is any penalty for CRRC to leave now, if the new, final agreement has not been signed.

And this Hugo speech - I wouldn't be surprised if it's 4 and a half hours of mealy-mouthed nonsense, followed by 10 days' worth of dissection in the myriad of newspapers, etc., trying to figure out exactly what he said/meant, and trying to compare that to the truth. Sheesh.
