I don't see that as very comforting. If true, then that indicates that VZ doesn't want KRY involved which means all we are hearing about how supportive the VZ senior officials have been is not true. How can that be comforting? I thought our position here on this board was that VZ approves of this JV and wants KRY to mine this with the CREC? If they want to toss out the MOC then arbitration here we come. And don't forget, we'd need money to fund it and pay off the noteholders.
