Thank you Lope but I don't need a NY Times article to tell me why we have difficulties in Venezuela. Our difficulties have one name: Hugo Chavez.

I find the idea laughable that KRY, the Chinese AND Chavez want to move LC forward as soon as possible.

If Chavez wants to move LC forward all he has to do is say, "Give them the permit and make it happen".

And he's had the chance to say, just that, for years.
