What is he true value of the opportunity cost (for Venezuela) to have Las Cristinas sit idle year after year after year after year?

- Hugo could argue that he has maximized VZ value of LC by leaving it in the ground rather then giving it away at 300 an oz to the evil empire - he still as the opportunity we have the cost, I think Mr Laugher might have been moonlighting in VZ
